About Our Neighborhood

River Rest Estates is a planned development of single family homes and condominiums located on Hillsboro Road in the Grassland area of Franklin, TN. This website is for the single family homeowners. Our common areas and proximity to the Harpeth River as well as scenic roads in Williamson County make River Rest a beautiful place to live.

Our neighborhood amenities include Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, and Playground. The people and an active HOA help make River Rest a true community. From fun events like the Fourth of July Parade, BBQ Cookoff, and Summer Pool Party to maintaining our common grounds and even a neighborhood garage sale, our neighbors enjoy living here and sharing our neighborhood together.
